Time is running out!
All REALTORS® must have completed a minimum of 2.5 hours of Ethics by December 31, 2008 or face membership suspension. NAR offers a 2.5-hour class online at www.realtor.org. If you need the hours for license renewal, you may take an ethics course online through www.willoughbyseminars.com or www.wyorei.com.
Legislative Meetings and Reception:
Plan now to attend the annual Legislative Meetings and Reception February 11-12, 2009 at Little America in Cheyenne. Realfast Forms Expire December 31, 2008:
All REALTOR® members must download an update to their forms by December 31, 2008 or they will be locked out of the Realfast desktop program. Click here for detailed instructions.
Dues Reminders:
Wyoming Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® have increased dues slightly. The 2009 WAR dues are $205 and NAR dues are $115. Remember, all fees are due to your local board by December 31, 2008.

The designated agency legislation is currently under construction. As soon as the i’s have been dotted and the t’s crossed, it will be prominently featured again.
